On 1st October 2022, India’s most awaited reality show, Bigg Boss 16 premiered on ColorsTV with a grand premiere launch. Overall, 16 contestants were introduced by host Salman Khan during the show's global launch.
Ankit Gupta, the on-screen spouse of Udaariyan actress Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, was seen participating as a contestant this Bigg Boss season.

Priyanka Chahar Choudhary was born and raised in Jaipur, the pink city. She started her career as an actor and model with a few Punjabi music videos. We've seen Priyanka in some TV dramas, like Yeh hai chahatein and Gathbandhan, but her fame sprouted with her lead role in the most recent series on colors TV, Udaariyan.
She became the talk of the town due to her role as Tejo Sindhu, and later, she and Ankit Gupta decided to enter the Bigg Boss 16 Circus-themed house.
Priyanka stated in an interview that she is not worried that Bigg Boss 16 would damage her reputation. Instead, she opted to participate in the show because as her public image is a rule-breaker, Bigg Boss 16 may help her develop discipline and gain some experience.
Priyanka’s Strategy in Bigg Boss season 16
So far, her journey seems to be very smooth. According to the viewers, she is coming across as a mature and sensible girl. Her support for Manya against House Captain Nimrit Kaur in the previous episodes was an example of her nature of not being afraid to express herself on any platform.
Her friendship with Ankit Gupta is now the talk of the town.
She has often stated that her relationship with Ankit is real, but as we all know, Bigg Boss 16 is a roller-coaster ride, and the coming twists and turns in this reality show will unveil many secrets to the viewers and their #fatejo admirers. We would love to see more of the relationship between Ankit and Priyanka, and it would be entertaining to see if her disagreements with Nimrit and Gautam led to an unpleasant fight.
We also cherished seeing her developing a connection with the world's tiniest vocalist, Abdu Rozik in the Bigg Boss 16 house. Is this a part of her plan to sustain in Bigg Boss or is it real?
